Welcome!
Yoga Nidra is the yoga of sleep, a relaxing form of guided meditation designed to facilitate you experiencing your deepest Self. The results of practicing Yoga Nidra range from effectively managing stress, getting excellent sleep, and facilitating healing for anything from blood pressure to self esteem. One of the best parts of Yoga Nidra is that it offers you concentrated rest while at the same time opening your eyes to the limitless being inside of you.
